Booking and cancellation policy

It’s a good idea to book in advance to make sure that you get the time that is right for you. We do need credit or debit card details at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The payment is used in the event of a cancellation (with less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments.

If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we regret that we will automatically charge a 50% cancellation fee. Just call or  email to let us know if you can’t make it. If we are closed, please leave a message as it will be time-stamped and we’ll know when you called.

If you have to cancel within 4 hours of your appointment…or just completely forget, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount of the booked treatment to your card.

Treatment times

To make the most of your treatment, it’s a good idea to arrive on time. If you arrive early you can always relax and enjoy a coffee in the hotel lounge.

If you arrive late as a result of pesky traffic or an unexpected hold up, we will do our best to accommodate you but please understand that we may have to reduce your treatment time, or in case of a short appointment, we may not be able to do your treatment at all which will result in a missed appointment charge.

Parking

We have plenty of free parking at both sites. The Wild Boar hotel has its own car park and our site near Cheshire Oaks has plenty of street parking. Please ensure you arrive in good time in order to park.

Mobile phones and ambience

We request that mobile phones are switched off or are placed on silent  if you are expecting an urgent call. This helps to allow you and others to fully enjoy time out.

Loyalty points

As a big thank you to you for being loyal to us, we operate an electronic loyalty key tag system. Make sure that you pick up your handy little plastic card that fits neatly onto your key ring. Points are accumulated on your tag and our clever system allows you to enjoy treatments that perhaps you have never tried before!

Gifts

Whatever the occasion, gift vouchers are the perfect choice. You can purchase in person, over the phone or by email. Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be for any value or treatment. They are very flexible and allow the recipient to choose whatever they wish. We also have a gift-wrapping service for gift product purchases

Feedback

We welcome feedback from your treatments and we also appreciate knowing what you think about our treatment menu, newsletters or website. All feedback is treated confidentially so you can really tell us what you think! If you like what we do please tell us and spread the word. If for any reason we’ve not come up to scratch, please tell us at the time of your treatment – if we know there is a problem, or even potential problem, we will do our very best to put it right.
